The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were welcoming and friendly while being professional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was spacious and light and was well equipped. The choice of food at breakfast was excellent. We did not have dinner at the hotel as we were visiting family during the day and evening but we had lunch in the bar and again were very satisfied with the food and the service. The whole experience was excellent value for money. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending the Park Avenue Hotel

The location was lovely and brilliant for exploring the area. Close to a cinema, the Bistro, and many great restaurants.- The room was relaxing and beautiful.- It felt like home with a bathroom and 3 exercising machines.

Informal, but efficient. We were particularly struck by the warm and inviting decor. Someone really knew what they were doing. The food we had in the bar was exceptional; simple but beautifully prepared and presented. Top marks!
One very small thing. We would suggest that coffee be served in carafes otherwise it loses heat rapidly.

My wife and I stayed in a room on the third floor and found it comfortable, quiet and clean
The fact that unless you used room service you could not get a meal or a snack after 2000.

I liked the style and cleanliness of the room & bathroom. Good food & Selection in Dining Room & Bar
Mentioned in Hotel description "City Centre". Its not in the City Centre. Its in North East Belfast.Too far from City Centre. We were on the 3rd floor, and every hour & every quarter hour, there was chiming from a clock tower/church on opposite side of the street, & as there was only single glazing...this was very loud & annoying, especially at 8am on the week-end, when you'd like a lie in
